1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Certain products (customized or clearance items) may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

within 7 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage or defects immediately.

Provide photographs and order details when contacting us so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Customized or special-order furniture.

Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Gift cards and vouchers.
